5-Step Process That Gets You Results
1. Free Consultation Call
- A free consultation for us to understand your situation and propose the best solution we can.
- If we agree to working together, we'll send a proposal to formalize it.
2. Onboarding
- An easy set of questions to learn about your company, the project goals, and likes/dislikes.
- Sending of photos, concepts, measurements and labels of your products. No need to ship us the product!
3. Prep Call
- 15-30 min strategy call to discuss the shot list, share mood boards to ensure were on the same page and are aligned.
4. Production & Image Proofs
- We'll produce the hyperrealistic images using 3D software
- We'll send you a gallery of image proofs. You'll then select and approve your favorite images for the final edit
5. Delivery
- You’ll receive the final edited assets 3-5 days after selecting your favorites from the proofs.
6. Additional Images (optional)
- Additional images post-contract can be requested at a small fee.

1. How is it so realistic?
A whole lot of love, along with, experiences in photography, fabrication, 3D design, manufacturing and shear attention to detail!
2. How long does it typically take to complete a project?
Most are completed within 7 days from when we receive the reference photos, measurements and labels; significantly faster than 2-4 weeks.
3. Can you request for additional images post-contract?
Yes! You can request additional images even after the contract is done. You'll have to pay a small fee but you'll be able to request any color variation, camera angle and/or lighting!
4. Is licensing included in your packages?
99% of the time, we include a free, unlimited commercial license. Allowing you to use the content across social media, ads, print, etc. without additional fees. The other 1% of the time, we will communicate if there is an additional fee.
5. What does "Satisfaction Guarantee" mean?
In addition to the 5-step process, that keeps us aligned, we will continue to work with you for up to 3 minor revision requests within 10 business days after the final images have been delivered.
6. Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there are no refunds. However, we will continue to work with you for up to 3 minor revision requests within 10 business days after the final images have been delivered.
